Do not make or attend your appointment if you are ill or have any symptoms of coronavirus such as fever, continuous cough or change in sense of smell or taste. If you develop any including up to the time of your appointment please cancel, you will not be charged for late cancellation.

Do not attend if any member of your household has or develops these symptoms.

Please do not come early for your appointment, just arrive on time

When you arrive please don’t touch any surfaces unnecessarily.

Please wear a face mask on arrival and throughout the treatment session.

Please use hand sanitiser inside front door.

Please arrive to your appointment alone. There is no waiting area or seating.

There will be no access to other areas of the clinic other than the treatment room.

The toilet is not available, please attend to this before leaving home/work.

There may be a slight wait in between patients for cleaning purposes.

If you require towels or a blanket please bring your own.

There will be nowhere to place your clothes so bring a bag or container in which to place them.

Your therapist will be wearing PPE .

All surface areas will be sanitised between clients .

If you have long hair please bring a clip or band to tie it up as none are available in the clinic.
